We apply a data minimization approach by design.

We do not use invasive trackers or commercial profiling techniques. We rely on modern browser capabilities to manage preferences locally.

We may process the following data locally on your device:

  • Browser Language: used to display the interface in English or Spanish.
  • Chat History: stored locally to maintain conversation continuity with FurneBot.
  • Interface Preferences or Interactive Demos: saved locally to improve user experience.

2. Local Storage Strategy

When it is necessary to identify user preferences, we use the browser's Local Storage.

Examples of local keys used:

  • chat_history: preserves the conversation history with FurneBot.
  • guest_name: if the user voluntarily provides their name, it is saved locally for basic personalization.
  • language: remembers the preferred interface language.
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels for marketing purposes.

3. AI & Personal Data

When interacting with FurneBot or other AI-based features:

  • Message content may be sent to external AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) solely for processing.
  • We do not use conversations to train public AI models.
  • We do not sell or transfer conversations to third parties.
  • If the user enters personal information, it is processed solely to respond to the request and is not permanently stored on our servers.
AI usage is also subject to the terms of the corresponding provider.

4. Server-Side Data Processing

Our systems may process minimal technical metadata, such as:

  • IP Address
  • User-Agent
  • Technical request information
This data is used exclusively for:
  • security,
  • abuse prevention,
  • system stability.
The infrastructure relies on services like Vercel Edge Networks. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling purposes.

5. Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you clear your browser cache or data.

FurneDesigns LLC does not maintain persistent databases with personal chat histories.

You have full control to delete this data at any time from your browser.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request information about data we may process,
  • Request clarifications on AI usage,
  • Exercise access or deletion rights where applicable.
Given that most data is stored locally on your device, you maintain direct control over it.
